5.2 Verification
We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may ask you to:

5.3 Authorized Agents

- Provide written authorization signed by you
- Verify their own identity
- Provide proof of their authority to act on your behalf
5.4 Response Time
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the reason and extension period.
6. Retention of Personal Information
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

Generally, we retain lead information for up to seven (7) years unless you request deletion.
7. Minors
Our Service is not directed to minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors under 16. If we learn we have collected information from a minor under 16, we will delete it.
